A MAN whose body was found on a footpath early on Monday has been named by police.
Darren Conrad Bovis, 35, of Park House Green, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, was discovered by a postman at about 5am.
His death is not being treated as suspicious, but police want to hear from anyone who saw Mr Bovis between midnight and 5am.
They particularly want to hear from two men who were reported to be walking in Skipton Road behind a man fitting Mr Bovis' description, at about 3.30am.
Mr Bovis was about 5ft 10in, of medium build, with short, dark hair. He wore dark trousers and a jumper.
