A SHOPPING centre is planning a week-long programme of events to celebrate the Queen's Golden Jubilee.
From Monday to Saturday, June 3 to 9, the Metro-Gnomes will be hosting jubilee parties in Exhibition Square at the MetroCentre.
Youngsters will be invited to create their own coronation crowns, and will be rewarded with jubilee chocolate coins.
There will also be a teddy bears' picnic every weekday, which will be attended by the Crazy Bears and other cuddly characters.
