Sherburn upset the First Division when they whitewashed the visiting league leaders from Spennymoor A and plummeted them down to fourth place. This win lifted Sherburn three points clear at the top with Cockton Hill A in second place, one point ahead of Langley Park B.

King George V were held to a home draw against Willington in a very tight match which ended 58 shots to 56.
