YOUNGSTERS got on their marks yesterday at the start of a four-day fun athletics course.
The event, at Darlington's Eastbourne Sports Complex, is part of a summer play scheme at the centre.
Eight to 15-year-olds are enjoying the athletics, while a kwik cricket summer camp is also running this week.
Next week there will be a netball camp from Monday to Friday. In addition, basketball coaching days will run throughout the month, with tennis, hockey and girls' football camps also taking place.
A Junior Sports Leaders Award programme starts tomorrow.
