A NORTH-EAST entrepreneur has raised £15,000 by hosting a charity ball.
The third annual Bannatyne Fitness Charity Ball was organised as part of Duncan Bannatyne's commitment to improving the living conditions of children in Romania.
The event, at the New Grange Hotel, Darlington, was attended by more than 200 people and featured an auction, games and live entertainment from tribute band, Westend Boys.
Mr Bannatyne said: "The evening was a complete success with everyone who attended having a great time for such an important cause."
