JUNIOR members of the Northallerton Riding Club enjoyed a very successful visit to the British Riding Clubs national championships at Lincolnshire showground on September 15.
The equitation jumping team of Hannah Goldie, Jennifer Garbutt, Harriet Floyd and Stephanie Harrison were placed third, with Hannah and Stephanie sixth and tenth respectively as individuals.
Hannah was also placed sixth in the riding test, while Leonie Bleasdale achieved an excellent position of fourth in the novice showjumping championship.
Club members are now looking forward to a successful day tomorrow at the Area 4 hunter trial qualifier at Richmond equestrian centre.
