George Churchill netted five times before half time as Monkwearmouth Christians beat Stakeford Methodist Church 6-2. Simon Burnside got the sixth with Philip Baxter and Daniel Vuong scoring for Stakeford.

A goal after the hour from Simon Normandale collected all three points in a 1-0 win for Metro Church Sunderland at Bethshan Christian Centre.

All the goals came in the second half at Stranton Saints Hartlepool, Paul Gough opened with a penalty for the Saints with Marc Boaggy getting the second. Rob Lewis scored Whitley Bay Church's only goal.

Two goals from David Angier in the first half for Jesmond parish Church gave them a 1-0 win over Consett Methodist Church.

Lanchester Chapel took a 2-0 lead at the break from Ryton Churches with Nick Tinkler and Chris Petts doing the damage. Ryton came out wounded with Chris Barkness, Tony Priestley and Graeme Dixon surging Ryton into a 3-2 lead. Karl Hepplewhite popped up again for the second week in a row to rescue Lanchester ending the match 3-3.

Andrew Roberts put Airport Church ahead with Terry Mallon netting a penalty on the stroke of half time for Saint Peters Low Fell. Matthew Slater and Marl Huck put Airport 3-2 ahead with Rob Laybourne netting at the death for the Saints, Airport holding onto a first league 3-2 win.

Saint Aidens Chapel Castington Steve Young scored all four goals in their 4-1 home win over Heworth Christian Fellowship. Philip Rooney netting for Heworth.

John Iley scored for Stockton Baptist Tabernacle just before half time in their 2-0 win at Whitley Bay Baptist Church.

In a local derby Yarm Emmanuel took the three points at Middlesbrough Baptists in a 4-0 win Mark Dale scored twice with strikes from Macus Lang and Craig Laycock. A goal from David Angus was enough to give Bethany Christian Centre a win over City Church, Newcastle.

Heaton Hearts and Jesmond Parish Corinthians fought out a 4-4 draw. On the score sheet for Heaton were Rama K (2), Aaron Parsons and Miah Dula. Jesmond's Tom Beech, James Young, Simon Richardson and an own goal from David Hollaway. Jesmond Parish Athenians kept up their 100 per cent record after five matches with Scot Mclean putting them ahead 1-0 at Saint John's Snod's Edge. Martin Thompson equalised before the break. Jason Alexander and Kith chambers gave Athenians 3-1 win.
