The Community Fund has awarded a grant of more than £120,000 to the York and District Citizens' Advice Bureau.
The grant aims to help the CAB recruit volunteers from areas that are under-populated. Manager Chris Hailey-Norris said it was an opportunity to reach out to people from diverse backgrounds.
