A WOMEN'S group for Muslims in Teesside is having a double celebration.
The group is changing its name from Mel G to El-Muskabel and one of its first activities will be a party to celebrate the Eid Festival.
More than 70 children and 40 adults from Middlesbrough and surrounding areas will be at the International Centre, Middlesbrough, tomorrow, to mark the important day in the Muslim calendar.
El-Muskabel has organised numerous events for Muslim women of all ages and, as a result of its success, it has extended its membership to women living throughout the Tees Valley.
