Richmond Town U9s travelled to Northallerton to play what was going to be a difficult game as illness had caused them to be only able to field six of their own players.

In the first game Richmond went down 2-0 in the wet conditions. They then fought back and took a 3-2 lead and were unlucky not to win as in the dying seconds Northallerton equalised. There were great goals from top scorer Adam Cocks and two from Michael Gunnan on loan from Northallerton. This great team performance was carried on into the second game and James Henry led the team to the performance of the season. At half time it was 0-0 but fatigue took over in the second half and they ended up losing 2-0. Man of Match went to T. Larder for his performance in goal.

The U12s also were at Northallerton where they lost 2-0 in the semi-finals of the R&D cup. They went down to two early goals in the second half. The previous weekend they won in the league 5-0 against Darlington Spaire Lads with J.Larder man of match. The u13s lost 7-0 to Cleveland Juniors in the County Cup and the U15s lost 16-6 to Riverside Rovers on a cold, wet miserable afternoon.
