A multi-millionaire entrepreneur has been honoured for services to the software industry.
Newcastle computer software magnate Graham Wylie, founder of the hugely successful Sage company, has won a CBE.
Mr Wylie set up Sage with three partners in Newcastle in 1981.
The firm specialised in providing accounting software for small local businesses.
Today, it is the UK's market leader with a £484.1m turnover.
It has almost three million customers across the world and employs 5,500 people.
