GIRLS with a penchant for football will be able to hone their skills with the help of a former Scottish international.
Aileen Sheerins will be coaching seven to 12-year-olds at Knaresborough Community Centre every Thursday evening from January 23.
Local sports development officer Andrew Wilson said: "I'm absolutely delighted that someone as experienced and committed as Aileen has agreed to coach for us."
Sessions cost £2.20 and must be booked. Applications forms are available from Mr Wilson on (01423) 556725
