PROSPECTIVE students will be able to get a taste of what life is like after school today when Darlington College of Technology opens its doors to the public.
Youngsters and their parents will be able to ask tutors about any of the 70 full-time and 300 part-time courses available at the Cleveland Avenue college.
The open evening will run from 4.30pm to 7pm today and tomorrow.
Tonight's event also coincides with the college's annual public meeting, which will be held in the Mezzanine at 6pm.
Principal and chief executive Sarah Farley will discuss the college's achievements, developments and the future, including the proposed move to a purpose-built site.
Marketing manager Christina McIntyre said: "The open evening is the ideal opportunity for prospective students and parents to come and meet the tutors and have a look at the college's fantastic facilities."
