A DIRECTOR of a computer sales, supply and maintenance businesses that failed with debts of about £37,000 has been disqualified from acting as a company director for three-and-a-half years.
Gary Henderson, of Malvern Way, Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, was disqualified in respect of his conduct as a director of Computers Software and Supplies Ltd.
The company, which carried out business from premises at Bede House, St Cuthbert's Way, Aycliffe Industrial Park, was wound up by Darlington County Court on October 24, 2001, with estimated debts of £37,000 owed to its creditors.
