POP, film and TV star Toyah Wilcox is starring in a production of upbeat musical Calamity Jane, which opened at the Civic Theatre, Darlington, last night and finishes on Saturday.
It is set in the Wild West and includes classic songs from the original Doris Day film, including The Deadwood Stage, Windy City and the Black Hills of Dakota. Tickets and information are available from the box office on (01325) 486555.
