A service that ensures clients can attract attention to their business via the Internet has led to a Teesdale company planning to double its staff in the next six months.
Britnett, which employs six people at its Barnard Castle site, is offering a no-stress, simple service that submits client details to more than 1,100 search engines and directories.
Called BizSub, it promises to make sure potential customers can find their clients on the Internet.
Mr Harper says that 85 per cent of websites are accessed through a search engine, yet 75 per cent of UK businesses are not registered correctly. Demand for Britnett's expertise has meant that staff will increase to 12 within the next few months.
Mr Harper said: "If we can generate five inquiries through a website in five days - and we can - it is worth £20 a month."
