GRANTS of up to £1,500 and interest-free loans up to £3,000 are available to businesses moving in to the 2.21-acre Upper Wensleydale Business Park, in Hawes.
Richmondshire District Council leader Councillor John Blackie, who runs his own business in Hawes, said: "We have already had considerable interest in the development and two of the plots have been reserved. It is an ideal opportunity for anyone wanting to relocate to the area or start up a new business."
The project has also received a £260,889 grant from Europe to cover the cost of ready-built office space for local firms.
