FAMILIES who have a child with special educational needs are to attend a conference in the region.
The North-East Parent Partnership Services are hosting the event, for 250 people, at Ushaw Moor College, Durham, on June 5.
The event will include a speaker, eight workshops and information stands. Creche facilities will also be available.
Parent partnership services involve a group of volunteers providing advice and support to families on a one-to-one basis.
