The beer festival, part of Darlington's Spring Thing folk music event will run from tomorrow, until Saturday at the Arts Centre, Vane Terrace, Darlington.
Beer, supplied by the Campaign for Real Ales, will be available from 7pm to 11pm on Thursday, noon to 3pm and 6pm to 11.30pm on Friday, and 11.30am to 11.30pm on Saturday.
FLOWER CLUB: Teesdale Flower Club meets tonight at 7.30pm at Cotherstone Village Hall for a practical demonstration. The club is organising a visit to Harrogate Spring Flower Show on April 24, leaving Cotherstone at 9am. For details call Mary Sellwood on (01833) 641025. Visitors are welcome at club meetings on payment of a charge of £3.
