Barratt York is appealing against Hambleton District Council's decision to refuse permission for a 99-home development at Ainderby Road, Northallerton.
The hearing will be held at the Stone Cross Civic Centre on September 16 and 17.
CHURCH FUNDS: Masham Church Trust, which raises money to support St Mary's Church, Masham, has raised £5,000 in the past year. The money will be used to repoint sections of the churchyard walls.
DAKOTA DATES: A Dakota aircraft will perform flypasts at the Yorkshire Air Museum, at Elvington, during the Battlegroup North war-gaming and military vehicle show, on May 4 and 5.

WALK CASH: The crocus walk at Castle Howard, near Malton, in aid of Breakthrough Breast Cancer, raised more than £600. Norwich Union will also donate £600.
STAGE STRUCK: York College student Ollie Brown, 17, has been awarded a place on the stage managers' course at Bristol's Old Vic theatre.
FRIDGE CHARGE: A charge of £16.30 is to be introduced for the removal of domestic fridges and freezers across Harrogate district from Tuesday.
CHARITY CASH: A street collection in Northallerton raised more than £345 towards a new building for the charity Chopsticks.
