SESSIONS for new mothers and mothers-to-be are to be held at Southlands Leisure Centre, in Middlesbrough.
Mum and Me sessions allow mothers to meet for a chat, while their babies become accustomed to the creche environment.
As the session develops, mothers will be introduced to the benefits of exercise and the leisure centre will be providing free vouchers for fitness classes and inductions to the fitness suite.
Sessions will take place every Wednesday, between 11am and noon, starting on April 23. They cost £1.05 for members and £1.30 for non-members with tea or coffee included.
