FRIENDS of a devoted campaigner against homelessness will be "sleeping rough" to raise cash in her memory.
Sue Woollhouse, who helped run the Nightstop organisation working with homeless people in Darlington, died suddenly last month.
A fundraising event in aid of her charity takes place at the Railway Tavern, in High Northgate, tonight, at 8pm.
Five fundraisers will be spending the night in the beer garden, with only sleeping bags and bin liners for comfort.
The event will include raffles and band performances, with proceeds going to Nightstop.Everyone is welcome.
