GETTING out and about on the North Yorkshire Moors without a car should be easier this year.
The National Park's Moorsbus service, which was launched on Sunday, has more routes than it has in the past.
This year there are 150 locations served by the new timetable.
The bus will enable people to get to the moors from places as far apart as Hull and Hartlepool, Richmond and Redcar.
Moorsbus timetables are available at many of the region's tourist information centres or by contacting (01845) 597426 or by visiting the web site at www. moorsbus.net
