A website for County Durham youngsters has been launched.
The site - to be found at www.youthaloud.net - was developed by a team of six teenagers with support from Durham County Council and is designed to give a voice to the county's young people.
The launch took place last night at Durham Clayport Library.
Chris Milner, a council youth and community worker, said: "Youth Aloud is the new voice for the young people of County Durham."
