FIVE jobs have been created by Darlington pick-up dealership Links Motors after it opened a vehicle repair centre in the town's Lingfield Point business complex.
The company has created the jobs as part of an expansion which has seen it lease 5,500sq ft on the complex's Centrepoint Road, from which three staff are now operating.
Links, which specialises in the supply of 4x4 pick-up trucks and accessories, moved to premises off Lingfield Way, on the Morton Park estate, last year, taking office and warehouse space that constituted a fourfold increase in space from their previous space.
Eddie Humphries, Lingfield Point estates manager, said: "Having an accident repair centre on-site adds to the growing diversity of businesses which have set up home in the complex, from a government-backed music centre, Circulation Recordings, to a major logistics operation, such as Lingfield Warehousing."
