EXPERTS were last night examining the body of a man found in an alleyway in one of the region's leading resorts.
The body, yet to be identified, was discovered at about 11am yesterday by builders working in an alleyway off Foreshore Road, Scarborough.
The man is thought to be middle-aged but no further details of his identity have yet emerged.
A police spokesman said: "It is still too soon to say whether there were any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death."
