Yoga classes will start in Newton Aycliffe later this month.
The classes will be held at the Pioneering Care Centre, in Cobblers Hall, from Tuesday, May 20. Sessions are from 4pm to 5.30pm and cost £3.50 each.
Gill Macnab, events and participation worker for the Pioneering Care Partnership, said: "Yoga is an excellent way of improving general fitness and well-being, meeting new people and having fun along the way."
