A CITY'S shoppers could get a surprise next month with the arrival of Bath's Natural Theatre Company.
The company will be coming north to be part of the York Comedy Festival and will perform throughout the festival.
This is the first time the festival has been staged and more than 40 events will be held throughout the city, between June 23 and 29.
An estimated 10,500 people are expected to attend, to be entertained by comedians including Omid Djalili, Lee Mack, Boothby Graffoe, Tommy Tiernan, Hattie Hayridge and Daniel Kitson.
