TWO bungling burglars were arrested when they got stuck - breaking into the wrong building.
The pair had to be helped from the roof by firefighters before they were handed over to police waiting on the ground.
A resident in Whitby, North Yorkshire, alerted police at about 3.30am yesterday when she heard banging.
Last night, a police spokesman said the two men were suspected of trying to break into a mobile phone shop by getting in through the roof of the building.
"As it happens, they had been trying to break into the wrong roof and got themselves stuck," he said.
