Crooks stole a silver Honda Civic from a house in Medomsley Road, Consett, at about 10pm on Tuesday, June 10. Two men were seen, one dressed in black. The second is described as in his early 20s, stocky, with short, dark hair. He was wearing a white top. A black BMW was seen following the stolen car and was later found crashed at the Redheugh Bridge, in Newcastle.
