WE would like to point out that the King's Arms pub, at Redmire, North Yorkshire, which is the subject of a dispute over plans to be converted into a house, was not used as the fictional Drover's Arms in the television series All Creatures Great and Small, as reported in The Northern Echo yesterday.
The Drover's Arms in the programme was, in fact, filmed at the King's Arms at Askrigg, which is not planning to close and is open for business as usual. We apologise for the error.
