Foster's Tyneside Senior League - Under-15: Sacriston romped to a ten wickets victory at home to Burnopfield when Craig Burke ended unbeaten on 43 and Mark Fort carried his bat for 59 out of a total of 112 without loss.

Batting first Burnopfield ended with 108 for three on board which included 54 not out by Marcus Peart and 21 by Young. Craig Burke was also in good form with the ball for Sacriston and he captured all three Burnopfield wickets to fall at a cost of just 14 runs.

Greenside visited Consett and secured an eight wickets win after reducing the Steelmen to 63 while Annfield Plain batted well to finish ahead of Whickham.

Stewart made a top scoring 62 as Whickham ended on 129 for four, but Scott Harrison carried his bat for 69 and Phillips made 39 in the Plain reply of 130 for one.

Crookhall defeated Swalwell by eight wickets. Rob Grand (43) scored more than half the Swalwell total of 85 for seven as Burnham captured four wickets for three runs in two overs for Crookhall, who replied with 86 for two. Thompson with 43 not out and Curran 26 not out both struck form for Crookhall.

Tantobie had five wickets in end over Lintz. Stephen Fairish took three wickets for just five runs in five overs as Lintz totalled 49 for five before Tantobie replied with 53 for five as Chris Grey took two wickets for 18 runs in three overs. Tantobie, who failed to win a single match last season, have now won twice this year.

Tantobie then played a rearranged game with Annfield Plain and secured their third success of the season winning by just two runs. Batting first Tantobie ended on 71 for eight of which Andrew Gaines scored 25 not out.

Crooks returned three for 25 for Annfield Plain who responding were all out for 69. David Proud returned three for 11 and both James Ward and Stephen Fairish captured one wicket apiece.
