A TEENAGER appeared in court yesterday accused of indecently assaulting a four-year-old girl.
David Major, 19, was arrested after a complaint was made to police over an alleged assault in the Gateshead area on Sunday.
The hearing was adjourned and Mr Major, of Newton Street, Gateshead, was remanded in custody until tomorrow by the town's magistrates.
