TWO 14-year-old girls who went missing were last night safe and well with their families in the North-East.
Pals Sarah Louise Hewitson and Maxine Price, from Hartlepool, did not return home on Tuesday night.
Sarah had a row with her mother and went to her friend's house to use the Internet.
Police feared the girls had gone to see someone they talked to in a chatroom from the Lincoln area.
But they were found on a bus heading home at about 4pm yesterday. Police stopped the bus at Wingate after a tip-off, and took them home.
