A YOUNG man was taken to hospital with a head wound after a fight broke out in a supermarket car park.
The man was injured during a fracas involving a group of teenagers at about 9pm, on Tuesday, outside Jennyfields Co-op in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
He was taken to Harrogate District Hospital to treat a serious cut to his head.
A 17-year-old was yesterday at Harrogate Police station being questioned about the incident.
Officers are appealing for witnesses, especially anyone who saw trouble from the nearby Stonebeck Pub, or who used the Co-op that evening.
