Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare a 12-year-old boy who has been missing since Sunday.
A police spokesman said Stephen Gill, who went missing from the Kenton area of Newcastle, may well be in the Stockton area where his family lives.
He has been described as being 5ft 2in, of slim build, with short cropped brown hair. He was last seen wearing a navy blue tracksuit bottoms with red and white stripes and a blue Umbro waterproof jacket.
