A MAN suffered a brain haemorrhage after having a row with another man over a dog.
It happened in Roach Court, Washington, Wearside, at 1.30pm on Monday.
The 67-year-old was taken to hospital, where surgeons found he had suffered the haemorrhage.
His condition last night was said to be comfortable.
Police arrested a 26-year-old man, who was yesterday helping them with inquiries.
