BUSINESS leaders from Ukraine will be in North Yorkshire next week to meet their counterparts in the Hambleton district.
Members of the district council's economic development team are to host the eastern European delegation next Wednesday.
They will discuss the economy of Hambleton - its economic development and community-based strategies, resources and links with other agencies.
The delegates are in North Yorkshire as part of an eight-day study tour to examine regional and local economic development.
They are planning to set up a regional development agency to work alongside a business development agency in the town of Slavutych.
