STARS from televsion soap Emmerdale have been lined up for a charity cricket match in the region on Sunday.
Actors Chris Chittell, who plays Eric Pollard, Patrick Mower, who plays Rodney Blackstock, John Middleton, who plays the Rev Ashley Thomas and Lorraine Chase, who plays Steph Stokes, have answered the challenge set by Radio Cleveland All Stars.
Money raised from the event, at Bishop Auckland Cricket Club, County Durham, will go to Children In Need.
A full day of fun activities has been planned, with the gates opening at 10am and the match starting at 1pm.
The Radio Cleveland team includes presenters Brigid Press and Mark Drury, sports reporter Len Brewer and Look North's weather forecaster Paul Mooney.
