A COUNTY'S Football Association is to have new headquarters built.
A three-storey building will be built on a site currently used for access and car-parking at the Riverside Pavilion, at Chester-le-Street, overlooking the main football pitch at the complex.
Durham Football Association chose the pavilion because it needed a site where its members can run a number of football development courses for coaching qualifications, refereeing qualifications and medical training, as well as providing training for county representative squads.
Its present headquarters are in Durham City.
