PLANS for an annual show are beginning to take shape.
Thornaby Show takes place on Sunday at the town's Harold Wilson Recreation Ground.
The event will feature rides, games and music, and competitors from across the region will exhibit their fruit, vegetables and flowers.
The local townswomen's guild will also host a home craft and handicraft section.
Northumbrian Spring, of Thornaby, is supplying the show with six water coolers, twelve 18.9 litre bottles of mineral water and 1,000 cups, which will be used to keep thirsty visitors cool and fresh throughout the event.
