A BOOKLET offering advice about planning to people living in a conservation area has been launched.
The guide, called Welcome to Stokesley Conservation Area, provides information about repair and alteration to buildings in Stokesley that fall in the conservation area.
The booklet explains planning controls and what grants are available to maintain and improve properties.
Compiled by the Stokesley Conservation Area Advisory Group and published by the Stokesley Society, it will be available from Stokesley Reference Library along with other information leaflets about the conservation area.
