DARLINGTON MP Alan Milburn visited a revamped brownfield site last week to see the work that has been carried out so far.
Lingfield Point has undergone a £16m redevelopment that has revitalised the area as a thriving business centre.
Up to 200,000 sq ft of office accommodation is available.
The former Health Secretary met members of staff from Capita and Four Seasons Healthcare, which have office accommodation on the site.
He also visited the site scheduled for the next phase of renovation.
