Boosbeck Utd v Redcar Mack. Park: A shakey start by Boosbeck led to them being a goal down within nine minutes.

A Mackinlay Park throw in saw the ball knocked into the Boosbeck six yard box where Sherwood rose above everyone to head past the helpless Myers, in the Boosbeck goal. Boosbeck came under more pressure when an appeal for offside was turned down and Traynor ran on to put the ball into the net. Injuries to two Boosbeck defenders led to the introduction of Brown and Leach and they then began to settle and make headway into the Redcar half. As the second half got underway Boosbeck began to play well, after good work Slater found Winter who crossed for Johnson to plant a header firmly past Henwood in the Mackinlay Park goal then a free kick outside the area saw Brown rattle the crossbar. Boosbeck levelled when a great run by Aldick led to him being hauled down in the box, Johnson made no mistake with the resulting penalty. The rare Redcar attacks didn't trouble Morgan and Coleman at the heart of the well marshalled Boosbeck defence. Johnson was denied his hat-trick when his fierce free kick was tipped onto the post by Henwood leaving a great game to finish level.

Lealholm v Lingdale Tavern

Despite both teams having to make changes the game started well with good football from both sides.Calvert took Lingdale into the lead after beating the offside trap to run through and shoot past Lealholm keeper, Thompson. Lealholm worked hard in midfield with Butler and Harland combining to put Holland through but his shot across goal missed the target Lingdale defended well, Hood playong his first full game of the season sice recovering from an operation and Ashbridge playing some solid football. A Lealholm mistake let Breckon through for Lingdales second goal, Breckon's 20th of the season. Both Crooks and Harrison had chances for Lealholm early in the second half but Lingdale continued to defend well. A good build up from Calvert and Breckon led to Calvert's 2nd goal with just 15 minutes left, Lealholm didn't give up and their hard work paid off when Crooks scored from the penalty spot. With five minutes remaining Butler picked up the ball in midfield and hit a 25 yard shot into the top corner giving the Lingdale keeper no chance.

With only minutes remaining Lealholm won a free kick on the edge of the box but once again Lingdale's solid defence prevented the equaliser.

Lingdale Utd v Whitby Fishermen

Lingdale United's run continues with another win. However Whitby settled into the match first and produced some crisp passing which unsettled Lingdale who began to argue with themselves and the referee. Lingdale pulled themselves together and levelled just before half time, Welford scoring from a Hololob cross. The second half saw Lingdale begin to dictate the game, a left foot drive from Allen took them into the lead then Sleeman hit an unstoppable shot to make it 3-1. Hololob began to cause problems for the Whitby defence, Walker in goa; having to make 2 superb saves to keep them in the game.

Whitby then began to put on some pressure leading to their 2nd goal, Maxwell scoring with a great shot from 6 yards. However a well deserved goal from Hololob in the 80th minute, when he lobbed the keeper from just outside the box, took the game beyond Whitby's reach.
