A NEWTON Aycliffe out-of-school club is to run weekly "messy play" sessions.
Smile, the Greenfield Out-of-School Club, will hold its first session on Friday, from noon to 2pm.
Taking place within the registered childcare facility, the sessions will be led and supervised by qualified staff.
On Mondays, there will be carer and toddler sessions, which run from 9.30am to 11.30am.
Both of the sessions cost £1.25 per child, with reductions for additional children.
A spokeswoman for the scheme said: "It will give you and your child the chance to meet with friends, new and old. Have a change of scenery and let the fun begin."
