Cleveland Inn beat Parklands 2-0 and dislodged them from top of the league.

An even first 30 minutes was broken when Craig Bishop put Cleveland Inn one up and on 70 minutes Mathew Cox scored a second to allow Iceland to go top as they pulled off a victory by five goals to four against D&E Locksmiths.

Iceland went 2-0 through James McGowan and Michael Martin but D&E hit back when Stephen Gordon scored. McGowan restored Iceland's two-goal lead then D&E hit back with goals from Gordon and Ben Lithgow to level. McGowan completed his hat-trick, D&E again tied the score through Anthony Price but a last minute goal from Mick Martin won the game for Iceland.

Shock of the day was John Davey Ltd. beating Redcar Glazing 5-3, Mark McNally put John Davey ahead then Craig Cheal doubled their tally. Redcar Glazing pulled one back from the spot only for Gris McGill to restore John Davey's two goals advantage. Poor defending allowed Chris Peacock to make it 4-1 but a rally from Redcar Glazing pulled it back to 4-3 then McNally scored his second to round off the scoring. Paul McCullough (2) and Gavin Hanratty 1 for Redcar Glazing. Jack and Jill had an easy 5-0 victory over Big W with goals from Lee Duckling, Joe Hanratty, Emanual Boyce, Darren Stoker and Ashley McGregor while Gales Manders trounced Priestfield by seven goals to one. David Campbell was Gables hit-man with four goals while David Whitfield added number five. Sub David Howe came on to score twice.

Boesbeck St. Adens won their NR Challenge Cup game and now join Iceland and D&E Locksmiths in the second round. Their 4-3 victory over North Yorkshire Unison was obtained by goals from a Steve Woodall penalty, Steve Commballeck, Christ Lowther and a first ever from Gareth Johns, hit from 25 yards.
