Form team St. Augustines looking to extend their winning streak came up against tough opposition in the form of The Royal Oak.

In a competitive game St Augustines eventually ran out 3-0 winners with two goals in the first half from Stephen Piper and Andrew Cairns and an excellent shot from all of 30 yards in the second half rom David Cheesborough.

Haughton gained a free kick against All Stars on the edge of the visitors penalty area and when Paul Leggs' free kick rebounded out to Lee Vincent he smashed a powerful volley home from the edge of the box to give the home side a deserved half time lead. Haughton increased their lead, when Paul Cooper's dipping shot nestled in the top corner. Substitute Braithwaite hit one back which set up a grandstand finish with a few goalmouth scrambles.

The Falchion continued their push for promotion as they eased passed AFC Aruba in a lively game 4-1. Two goals from Andy Hawkins set the ball rolling but but the visitors hit back through Dave Holt. But Daniel Taylor's 30 yard shot and Mike Layton rounded things off.

The Highland Laddie completed a hat-trick of wins with a 4-2 defeat of the Fighting Cocks. Man of the Match was the prolific Chris Halliday opened the scoring with a stunning overhead kick. Laddie went two up through Halliday. The visitors scored just before the break through Gary Bowman but the Laddie eased their way back into the game and Gareth Hodgson and Halliday completed their scoring. James Riggal grabbed a consolation.

Goodfellas got back to winning ways with a 7-0 win over Sherwoods. Mark Corry (3), Phil Cornforth, Mark Brown, Steven James and Karl Christie all got on the scoresheet.

The Cricketers made the trip to Newton Cap and although they started well it was two early goals by Mathew Gowland and Andrew Marley that should have had the Cappers in total control of the game, but it was the Cricketers who came back to make the score 2-1 when Mike Longstaff found the net, this seemed to bring the home side back to life and it was Gowland who added his second of the game, and restored the two goal lead for the home side going into the break. The second half was a different story with the Cricketers on the wrong end of rampant Newton Cap side, goals from Keith Hirst and Michael Latchman, put the game beyond the visitors, but the scoring was not complete, Gowland completed his hat-trick with a great finish from a sublime pass from Paul Byrne, following a corner Paul Stuart tapped in from close range, goal of the game came from Ross Hardacher, with an unstoppable shot into the top corner, Mark Foreman then got his name in the scoresheet from another corner, Gowland added his fourth of the game before Byrne completed the scoring with a powerful header. Full credit to the Cricketers who never gave up and battled to the final whistle, with goal keeper Kenneth Burns although conceeding on a regular basis pulled of numerous saves and kept the score down.

In the divisions other game Drinkfield and Axa Insurance played out a 1-1 draw, David Aiken scoring for Axa.
