BUS operator Go North East is asking passengers to share their views on bus travel.
The company has initiated a number of user surgeries across the region, with the latest taking place for residents of Bishop Auckland, County Durham.
Sessions will allow customers to gather service information, check timetables and have their say on bus travel in their area.
The surgery will be at Bishop Auckland bus station, on Wednesday, from 11am until 2pm.
