The four pupils, from Finchale Primary School, Newton Hall, qualified to take part in ITV's Eliminator quiz show, after programme-makers visited the school to find competitors.
The year six contenders, Olivia Widdop, Ruth Trigger, James Gibbons and Peter Greenley are due to record the general knowledge quiz show today and tomorrow, in Manchester.
The show involves pupils physically moving around a large quiz board, while trying to eliminate fellow contestants.
The prize is a holiday for the children and their teacher.
