TALENTED teenage harpist Sarah Paterson will perform at the James Finegan Hall, Eston, tomorrow as part of a children's Christmas workshop.
The 14-year-old from Saltburn, who attends Sacred Hearts RC School in Redcar, has played the harp since she was eight.
She will play a selection of Christmas carols on the concert grand harp beginning at 11.30.
Harry Nichols will provide more music on the hall's Wurlitzer organ, by arrangement with the Langbaurgh Theatre Organ Society, for carol singing.
Father Christmas is opening the event, which runs from 11am-4pm, and will stay for the day as youngsters enjoy a chance to create their own Christmas decorations and cards.
All arts and craft materials are provided free by Redcar and Cleveland Council's events and play development section, who will present a boxful of puzzles, games and selection boxes to Zoe's Place, the baby hospice in Normanby, thanks to donations from businesses.
The event also features storytelling, lessons in circus skills, party games, face painting, a caricaturist and a free prize draw.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
